Angle Crossing

A scenic riverside site within Gigerline Nature Reserve

Angle Crossing is the southernmost point of the Murrumbidgee River within the ACT.

Fishing is permitted upstream of the crossing only.

Angle Crossing is accessed by Angle Crossing Road, which winds down a picturesque valley, from either east or west, to the Murrumbidgee River at the crossing. There is usually water over this concrete crossing and it is regularly closed due to high water levels, so check alerts.

Toilets are located on the east side of the river.

No dogs allowed. Dogs are only permitted within vehicles when travelling through the reserve along Angle Crossing Road.
