Mount Mugga Mugga Nature Reserve

A wooded ridgeline dividing the Woden and Jerrabomberra valleys and part of Canberra Nature Park

Mount Mugga Mugga Nature Reserve is a 148-hectare protected area on the eastern edge of the Woden Valley. The reserve connects with Red Hill and Isaacs Ridge nature reserves to its north and south, and offers great views of the Woden and Jerrabomberra valleys.

Mount Mugga Mugga Nature Reserve is part of an extensive landscape of remnant wooded vegetation providing connectivity and enabling wildlife movement through to NSW in the east, to the Murrumbidgee River in the west, and to the southern ACT through Tuggeranong Hill and Rob Roy Range nature reserves.

Cycling is only permitted on management trails and on the Centenary Trail.

Dogs are permitted on-leash on a track or trail only.

Horses are not allowed.
